Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tart and Tonic, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and service. If your order falls short of expectations, we are here to assist you with a smooth and transparent returns process.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund, exchange, or repair, depending on your preference.
Order Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You must notify us in writing at hello@tartandtonic.com within the 14-day cancellation window.
- Items must be returned within an additional 14 days from the date of your cancellation notice.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened beauty products unless the item is faulty.
Items Excluded from Return
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetics (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale (unless faulty)
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@tartandtonic.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received in a faulty condition.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase—such as your order confirmation email—is required to process any return or refund.
